Upon your return to the U.S. you will be issued a standard customs declaration form. This is the same form everyone receives when entering the U.S. from a foreign country. One of the questions on that form asks "Countries Visited on this Trip Prior to U.S. Arrival?” Please remember to list Cuba, the same as you would with any other international destination that you visit.
