It is possible to wire money to Cuba, but it should not be something you can rely upon doing quickly or easily. The amount of money which can be sent from America to Cuba is often very limited. Therefore, wiring money should not be considered a good option to pay for trip expenses.

Licensed to conduct wire transfers to Cuba, permitting Americans to send up to $300 every three months (provided they are not for government officials or entities). Western Union works with Fincimex in Havana, who has offices in about a dozen locations throughout the city.
