Join us for an unforgettable journey from Havana to the coral-lined Caribbean shores of Playa Girón, the historic site of the failed invasion at the Bay of Pigs.  From there, venture to Cienfuegos, known in Cuba as the Perla de Sur or "Pearl of the South".  

In Havana, you'll spend your days discovering the city that resides at the heart of Cuban culture. Whether strolling through Havana Vieja, the city's charmed historic center, or the neighborhood of Vedado, you'll be destined to take in Havana's most famous sites.

After leaving Havana, you'll head over the Sierra del Escambray Mountains and through farms to the azure blue waters of the Caribbean locale, Playa Girón. Originally a small village, then famously known as the site of the failed attempt by the anti-revolutionary forces to invade Cuba in 1961, Playa Girón is now known mostly for its scuba diving and turquoise blue waters. The scenery provides a pleasant backdrop for the exploration of the area and its amazing people.  Afterwards, we'll travel to Cienfuegos, a picturesque city designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2005.
